Please note that it won’t be possible to exchange or return gifts physically in our office/showroom. However, we’re happy to assist you online!

If you’d like to make a return, simply email us at customercare@thejewelleryroom.com with your order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email. Don’t worry, there’s no rush – our extended Christmas return policy runs until January 15th 2025, so you have plenty of time.
