The stunning Bon Bon ring is made in 10 karat real gold with a shiny ring shank, and is set with a cabochon-cut Aquamarine gemstone, encased by two facet-cut Blue Topaz gemstones. The excuisite colour of the Aquamarine mixed with the depth and shine of the Blue Topaz gemstones makes for a ring with a unique depth and shine, perfect for parties as well as everyday wear. The ring belongs to the Bon-Bon collection, which is filled with beautiful gemstones inspired by colourful candy. Blue Topaz is November’s birthstone with a clear, blue colour. The gemstone symbolises communication, love, truth, and attraction. Jewellery with Blue Topaz is also traditionally gifted on 4th wedding day anniversaries.

The brand story

Shiri Rosenzweig received her diamond graduation certificate in 1991 and quickly found her world expanding beyond diamonds into pearls, gemstones, and a fascination with colour and combination that has never left her. In 1994, she opened the first Carré store in Copenhagen - a space that has always been as much about curiosity and discovery as it is about jewellery. Over the years, the brand has developed a creative partnership with artist Marie Rud Rosenzweig, whose playful visual universe has shaped Carré's identity in a meaningful way: through collages that adorn the brand's jewellery boxes and gift bags, hand-painted stripes in the Copenhagen store, and most recently a limited sculpture commissioned in 30 numbered and individually decorated editions. The greeting that guides the brand daily comes from the East: Namaste — "the light in me sees the light in you" — a reminder of where so much of Carré's inspiration, colour, and values are rooted.

Carré Jewellery is a Copenhagen fine jewellery brand founded in 1994 by Shiri Rosenzweig, a diamond graduate and gemstone specialist born in Tel Aviv to a Danish mother and Israeli father. Since 1991, Shiri has worked with over 900 different types of gemstones — sourced from India, Sri Lanka, Brazil, Madagascar, Thailand, and across the African continent — and that extraordinary depth of gemstone knowledge sits at the heart of everything Carré makes. The brand is based in the heart of Copenhagen's old city, where its flagship store functions as both jewellery destination and cabinet of curiosities, filled with the stones, objects, and finds Shiri brings back from markets and travels around the world.

The design DNA

Carré existed before we did. Coloured, unusual gemstones and signature rings are the essence of the brand, and why we brought them in.

Carré's design language is built entirely around colour - the extraordinary variety of gemstones that Shiri has spent over three decades collecting, combining, and setting in gold and silver. Emeralds, pink opals, red garnets, blue amazonites, golden pearls — stones chosen for their individual character and combined for the chromatic magic they create when placed alongside one another. Stones are cut in facets or cabochon depending on their structure, density, and colour, with each cutting decision made to bring out the fullest expression of the individual stone. The Marisa and Atelier collections are produced in smaller series, handcrafted in the Copenhagen workshop with recycled gemstones from Shiri's personal archive - pieces that carry the history of the stones themselves as well as the jewellery they will become. Each piece is crafted in 10K gold.
