For how long can I return my order?

You have 30 days to return your order, starting from the day your order is shipped.

Can I exchange the size?

Yes, it is possible to exchange to another size within the return period. We offer one free of charge exchange, and will be happy to assist you in finding the right size.

If you need more than one exchange of size, you will have to pay for the shipping costs yourself.

How do I return my order?

If you want to return your order please contact us on customercare@thejewelleryroom.com with the order number for the return. You will find the order number in your order confirmation e-mail.

Then we will provide you with a paid returnlabel that you will have to print and attach to the package.

Once you have received the return label you have 7 days to hand over the package to the courier.

When the designer has received the returned item, we will refund your money. Please allow 3-7 bank days until this is visible in your bank account.

Is it free to return my order?

We offer a free return policy, but only if the value of what you would like to return complies with the minimum amount for free shipping.

If the value of your return does not meet the minimum amount for free shipping, you must pay for return shipping yourself.

Returned items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. They must be returned in the original packaging. The piece(s)must be unworn and unused.

If your return does not meet our return policy the return will not be accepted.

Can I partly return my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange only parts of your order within the return period.

I have received a gift from The Jewellery Room and do not know my order number

Contact us at customercare@thejewelleryroom.com and we will do our best to assist you. If you wish to return a gifted item, without involving the gift-giver, we can exchange to another item of the same value or send a gift card directly to you.

What cannot be returned?

It is not possible to return jewelry that is specially made, manufactured or adapted to your specifications or has been given a distinct personal touch. This also applies to the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

If your order is custom-made and therefore not returnable, you will be informed of this before receiving the order.
