- Import duties, VAT & insurance is always included in your order. When we say hassle-free we mean it. If any additional taxes and/ or shipping fees apply they will be calculated and added in checkout. This means that you will not incur any additional charges once you've paid for your order.

We ship worldwide
We ship worldwide, with the a few exceptions i.e., Russia & Columbia. Please note that individual shipping costs may apply to countries outside the EU.
We use GLS and DHL as our main carriers, but from time to time we may use another operator to get your order delivered to you faster.
We will keep you informed
We keep you updated when the item is shipped. All our designer jewelry is custom-made and therefore occasionally it may happen that the delivery time exceeds the estimated - i.e., due to covid, difficulties is sourcing a specific stone quality or other. Yet if this should occur you will always be informed and you will have the possibility to change your purchase if desired. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and expected delivery date. Your package will always be insured by us and we will of course make sure to keep you informed along the way.
Delivery time
We encourage you to always check the delivery time on the specific product as you, as a customer, accept the delivery time when the order is placed. The delivery time is stated on the product page for the individual piece of jewelry. Your order is shipped directly from where the designer is located. Yet the delivery time will always be estimated on every item. Special and extended delivery time can occur as all products are designer jewelry, made by hand especially for you.
Shipping method
We offer shipping via GLS or DHL, including home delivery, Business delivery or Drop Points. Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Your choice will always be stated on your order confirmation.
FULLY INSURED
The Jewellery Room ships via fully secured couriers, including DHL and GLS to most locations in the world.

Click & Collect in our Copenhagen Showroom
Click & Collect from our Showroom in Copenhagen is always an option. We will inform you when your order is ready for pick-up. The showroom is located in Møntergade 16, 1116 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
