Elena studied fashion design before expanding into jewellery - drawn by the idea of creating something tangible that could carry meaning, beauty, and emotion across generations. Growing up surrounded by Greek mythology gave her both a rich creative imagination and a deep conviction that objects can carry stories. "Imagine the joy of finding an ancient treasure," she says of the brand's ethos. "That's the essence of our jewellery — an exciting stroke of luck that takes you back in time." Celana was built around that feeling: jewellery that evokes the past while speaking entirely to the present, handcrafted in small batches with a repair service that reflects a genuine commitment to longevity.

Celana is a fine jewellery brand founded by Elena, a designer with a background in both fashion and jewellery design who grew up surrounded by the myths and symbols of Greece. Every piece is handcrafted in small batches in Swiss recycled silver, with ethically sourced gemstones and pearls hand-picked for their quality. The brand is rooted in Greek mythology and the beauty of human imperfection — jewellery conceived as modern talismans, designed to be treasured and passed down.

Celana works in wax, allowing organic shapes to emerge through hand-sculpting rather than being imposed from the outside. The resulting pieces carry imperfect textures and an organic character that Elena sees not as a flaw but as an essential quality, the mark of something made by hand, shaped by touch and intuition. The references run deep: Greek mythology, ancient aesthetics, the excitement of uncovering a precious artefact. Each collection is built around a specific story or theme, with designs that feel as though they have always existed rather than been recently invented.
