Veronica Varetta, the founder and CEO of LIL Milan, embarked on her jewellery journey at the age of 22 while pursuing a degree in Economics. Dissatisfied with the conventional path, she found her true calling by launching her own brand in 2014.
Based in Milan, she combined her love for creativity with entrepreneurial ambition, creating timeless, minimalistic jewellery pieces. What began as a side project while studying has now evolved into a successful brand that resonates with women seeking refined, high-quality accessories that feel personal and modern.
