Josina Wilhelmina Bergsøe spent her career shaping ideas into beautiful, functional experiences - leading design teams, building brands, creating spaces where beauty and purpose meet. When a breast cancer diagnosis interrupted that career, she redirected her energy into eight years of non-profit work and fundraising for breast cancer research. That chapter, she says, sharpened every sense and every dream she had for the future.

JOSINA is what emerged from it: a brand that is, in her own words, a love letter to life, to love, to friendship, and to unapologetic beauty. The production model is deliberately lean — sold exclusively online, with no physical retail, minimal packaging, and a production line that involves as few steps between design and finished piece as possible.

JOSINA is a fine jewellery brand founded by Josina Wilhelmina Bergsøe - a designer and creative director whose career was built around leading design teams and creating experiences that blend beauty and function.
When a breast cancer diagnosis led her to step away from corporate life, she spent eight years dedicated to non-profit work and fundraising for breast cancer research before channeling everything that experience had sharpened into JOSINA.
The brand is built on a single conviction: everybody has a right to shine. Every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans in northern Italy, in 18k gold with top-quality diamonds.

JOSINA works in 18k yellow, white, and red gold, set with top-quality diamonds graded G-H, VS1-2. The process begins with hand sketches and 3D design before moving to the hands of specialist artisans in northern Italy, who finish every piece by hand using a combination of traditional and cutting-edge techniques. The aesthetic is precise and playful in equal measure — clean lines and technical rigour alongside unexpected details: pendants that double as rings or bracelets, hidden gemstones set on the inside of a band for a secret sparkle. Diamonds appear throughout, chosen with the same uncompromising eye Josina brings to every other design decision.
