DUST is a fine jewellery brand based and crafted in Lithuania, founded by Viktorija Agné. Her path to jewellery was not a straight line — she began in a completely different field of study before the pull of making became impossible to ignore. Craft had been part of her life since childhood: knitting, crocheting, making jewellery from beads, preferring to create rather than buy. When she took that instinct seriously, she pursued a formal education in fashion jewellery at the University of the Arts London before returning to Lithuania to build DUST.
Her inspiration comes from a specific tension — the balance between the perfect and the imperfect. "The designs feature forms that may initially appear uneven yet maintain a sense of proportion and elegance," she explains. Nature is the constant reference point, particularly time spent in the wilderness, where perfection and imperfection coexist without contradiction. That philosophy runs through every DUST collection.
Crafted with Purpose
DUST pieces are crafted in 14k and 18k recycled gold and silver, with conflict-free diamonds and carefully sourced gemstones. Sustainability is not a layer applied to the brand — it is the design process itself, from reducing waste in production to ensuring each piece can be recycled or repurposed at the end of its life. "It's essential to me that the materials used in my pieces are not only beautiful but also leave a positive impact on the communities from which they come," Viktorija says.
Viktorija takes every design seriously — her personal standout is the HARMONY02 ring, which she describes as the piece that best represents her decade of experience as a designer and maker.
