The Into the Woods Large Earrings are attractive half-hoops from Sigrun - Conscious Jewellery. They are fashioned in reclaimed silver and plated with 24 karat gold. The inspiration for these earrings is from the bark of the oak tree.

What's the story

Sigrun is the creative force behind this brand that has a fitting tagline―Conscious Jewellery―for a good reason: sustainability is of the utmost importance to her. All her hand-sculpted jewellery is largely cast in reclaimed silver or gold. For as long as she could remember, Sigrun has been creating jewellery. Beginning as a child in her grandfather’s smithy, where she made jewellery out of iron and seashells, Sigrun went on to train under the talented jewellery artist, Husam el Odeh and, later, assisted goldsmith Orit Elhanati.

Deeply inspired by forms and structures in nature, Sigrun lives and works in the forest and makes conscious, contemporary, and timeless pieces of jewellery. True to this consciousness, Sigrun's lovely Into the Woods Collection reflects nature's fingerprints. The jewellery in this collection are made to resemble the forest habitat, both in form and texture. These hoop earrings from Sigrun - Conscious Jewellery’s Into the Woods Collection are crafted in reclaimed silver and plated with 24 karat gold. The earrings are fastened with a push stopper. Cast to display an uneven surface resembling an oak bark, which is, in fact, its main appeal, this pair of earrings is sure to appeal to every nature lover.
