Below you will find our general terms and conditions, which form the basis for the provision of all services on our online marketplace www.thejewelleryroom.com and www.thejewelleryroom.dk.

This online marketplace belongs to The Jewellery Room Aps., Cvr. no. 32285732 and we can be found at Møntergade 16, st. 1116 KBH K.

Thejewelleryroom.com sells jewellery from various designers who are based in different countries. As a customer, you can shop safely online at Thejewelleryroom.com, we make sure that your order is ordered and sent directly from the designer to you.

In cases where an order contains items from several different designers, you may experience receiving your order in several deliveries, as the designers send the item directly from them to you.
These terms are accepted by you as a customer in connection with the placing of orders and will also be available on this site at all times.
Your personal information is safe with us, and we only pass on the most necessary shipping information for shipping info.

It is our most important task to ensure the good experience when you shop at thejewelleryroom.com

Payment and order receipt

All prices quoted are incl. VAT. p.t. 25%. We reserve the right to change prices on the website with immediate effect. The applicable price for your purchase is the one that at the time of ordering is stated on the website next to the item in question.

TheJewelleryRoom.com accepts payment with Dankort, Visa, Visa-Dankort, MasterCard, American Express and MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

We do not charge card fees. Note, however, that fees may still be charged for the use of card types issued outside the EU.

We also accept payment via bank transfer, however please be aware that you are not protected by the objection scheme, when using bank transfer. But you can still take advantage of our attractive return policy. You must cover any costs incurred in connection with money transactions.

We reserve the right to reject certain payment methods for a given order and to refer to other payment methods.

When you place your order, the money will be reserved in your account. Payment will only be deducted from your account when we ship the item. We keep you updated when the item is shipped, as in some cases it may be jewellery that is custom-made and therefore may have a longer delivery time.

By clicking “Complete the order and pay”, you place a binding order on the items in your shopping cart. We will send you an order confirmation per. email as soon as you submit your order.

Gift card

Gift certificates are a product that can be purchased at thejewelleryroom.com. The gift card can only be redeemed in connection with purchases at thejewelleryroom.com, and can thus not be used to purchase more gift cards. If the value of the gift card does not cover the order you want to complete, the difference can be paid using one of the accepted payment methods. The value of the gift card cannot be paid in cash, just as there will be no interest on the gift card.

Shipping & Delivery

The expected delivery time is stated on the product page for the individual piece of jewellery. If you have ordered from several designers, or the jewellery is made specifically for you, you can experience receiving your order over several deliveries – this is of course free for you. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and expected delivery date. Of course we make sure to keep you informed along the way.

We ship goods worldwide, with the exception of Russia. Please note that individual shipping costs may apply to countries outside the EU.

Shipping costs


When buying goods at a total price of more than DKK 600, delivery in Denmark is free.
For purchases under DKK 600, the price for delivery in Denmark is DKK 49.

Shipping to countries within the EU

Free Shipping within the EU is obtained by purchasing at a minimum of:

2740 SEK / 2890 NOK / 270 € / 245 £ / 320 $

The price for shipping for orders below the minimum purchase limit:

200 DKK /  30 € / 25 £ / 35 $ / 275 SEK / 290 NOK (incl. Insurance)

Shipping to countries outside the EU

Free shipping outside the EU is obtained with purchases at a minimum of

340 € / 310 £ / 400 $ / 3600 NOK

The price for shipping for orders below the minimum purchase limit:

55 € / 50 £ / 65 $ / 580 NOK (incl. Insurance)

We also offer insurance of the shipment in cases where the item exceeds an amount of DKK 5,000.

We offer shipping via GLS or DHL, including home delivery, B2B or drop points, which you as a customer choose in the payment process. Your choice will always appear on your order confirmation.

We also offer Click & Collect, where the item can be picked up at an agreed time in our Showroom in Møntergade 16, Copenhagen K.

The expected delivery time can vary, depending on whether the jewelry is to be made especially for you or whether it is in stock at the individual designer. However, this will typically appear under “shipping and delivery” described specifically under each product.
We encourage you to always check the delivery time as you as a customer accept the delivery time when the order is placed.

Local jewellery designers

If you have ordered a piece of jewellery from a local jewellery designer in another country, you may find that the delivery time varies. We use GLS and DHL as our main carrier, but from time to time we may use another operator to get your order to you faster.

Right of withdrawal

Statutory right of withdrawal

When you buy at thejewelleryroom.com, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day right of withdrawal includes 14 full days and runs from the day you, or a person appointed by you (but not the supplier), received the last of your goods

Extended right of withdrawal

Without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you the opportunity to return your goods within a total of 30 days of receiving them. This extended right of return allows you, even after the expiry of the 14-day right of withdrawal period, to cancel the concluded purchase agreement by returning the goods to us within 30 days after you have received your goods (the period runs from when you receive your goods).

If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they have been delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know that you will regret your purchase.

You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Undoing part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.


We offer a free return policy,  but only if your purchase complies with the minimum amount for free shipping

If you regret your purchase and want to return the item, send an email to; customercare@thejewelleryroom.dk. with your order no. and you will subsequently receive a return shipping label.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you must send the item back as soon as possible and no later than within 10 days.

You can never return an item by regular mail or without notifying us.
You can also agree with us to return the item in our showroom in Møntergade 16, 1116 Copenhagen K

No right of withdrawal

We do not offer a right of withdrawal for jewellery that is specially made, manufactured or adapted to your specifications or has a clear personal touch. It can be in the form of engraving, replacement of stones, resizing, shortening of chain etc.

This also applies to the delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the jewellery is visibly used and has lost value, you may. only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

The item must be returned in the original packaging and jewellery boxes. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the item.

We only accept packages that are sent with our shipping label directly to the address.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us by the same e-mail and handing it in person at the above address.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.

This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.

Order cancellation only happens if

We may reject your order or cancel your order, in special cases.

This may include cases where we cannot get payment approved or where payment information or something in the payment process is incomplete.

If we identify a product defect or pricing error on the Website.

If you as a customer fail to meet the criteria for purchase that are legally required.

If t we suspect that your order is related to illegal activity.

If you fail to submit all necessary and relevant information that enables us to fulfill the order.

That items are unavailable or sold out.

In special cases, we allow ourselves to be able to contact you by phone or e-mail, to confirm details that we deem necessary before we are able to process and ship your order.

This is to secure you as a customer. This can happen, for example, in cases where your order is of particularly high value.

The products shown for sale on thejewelleryroom.com are intended for private use by consumers and goods may not be resold or offered as a commercial enterprise. We reserve the right to limit the total value of items that may be included in an order. If the total value of items in your basket exceeds the limit that we may choose from time to time, we will contact you.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, tel. No. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with The Jewellery Room Aps. and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. The data manager at thejewelleryroom.com is

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. If you want to delete your data or do you think that your personal data is processed in violation of the law, you are welcome to write to us at: customercare@thejewelleryroom.dk.
