We offer free shipping to all of the markets we currently operate in (except USA).

Fully insured

The Jewellery Room ships via fully secured couriers, including DHL and GLS to most locations in the world. If you have specifik requests for your shipping please contact oson customercare@thejewelleryroom.com

Order tracking

We will keep you informed when we have received your order. Within 72 hours after order placement, you will receive an estimated delivery date if this has changed.

Returns

We offer extended free return until January 31st 2021 on all jewellery bought after the 1st of November 2020.

You can either make an exchange for another item or have your money refunded.
If you want to return your order please contact us before on customercare@thejewelleryroom.com with the ordernumber for the return.

We will send you a shipping label, which you must use when sending your item to us.
Once we have received the item we will refund your money. It might take 2-3 bank days until this is visible in your bank account.
