We offer free shipping to Denmark on all orders above 600 DKK.
For other countries the shipping prices are:
Countries within EU: Free shipping on all orders above 2.000 DKK
Countries outside of EU: Free shipping on all orders above 2.500 DKK
Fully insured
The Jewellery Room ships via fully secured couriers, including DHL and GLS to most locations in the world. If you have specifik requests for your shipping please contact oson customercare@thejewelleryroom.com
Order tracking
We will keep you informed when we have received your order. Within 72 hours after order placement, you will receive an estimated delivery date if this has changed.
Returns
We offer 30 days free return on all jewellery bought at www.thejewelleryroom.com.
You can either make an exchange for another item or have your money refunded.
If you want to return your order please contact us on customercare@thejewelleryroom.com with the ordernumber for the return.
We will send you a return-shipping label, which you must use when sending your item to us.
Once we have received the item we will refund your money or send you the new item. It might take 2-3 bank days until this is visible in your bank account.
