TERMS & CONDITIONS
These are the Terms & Conditions that apply to the use of our website thejewelleryroom.com and the services we provide. Please note that by using this website and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods in Europe (for other countries please email; email@example.com and we will try to accommodate your wish.
1. OUR SERVICES
In order to use our services, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card that we accept.
You are required to provide a correct address for delivery of the goods. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, thejewelleryroom.com will inform you of this as soon as possible to give you the option of providing us with a new valid address. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled.
You should carefully review the Customer Terms and the email confirmation of your order and the applicable details on the product page in relation to the order. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these please let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. PRODUCT DISPLAY
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products displayed on our website. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like us to provide you with more information about a product. The images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and although we attempt to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the images accurately reflect the true colour of the products.
Also we are often displaying wonders from the nature and of natural causes colours will vary when you have to do with fine Jewellery and naturel diamonds and gemstones.
The Site provides links to other websites for your information. If you use these links, you leave the Site. We have not reviewed these third party websites and we have no control over such sites or resources. We therefore do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for third party websites or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them including the group gifting application which is provided by a third party.
4. CLAIMS AND RETURNS
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Once we receive the item, you will receive a full refund of the defective product, or alternatively a discount, replacement or repair for the item which is agreed on as a case by case basis by us. In this case we will refund you any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the products (we will advise you whether the products will be collected from you or whether you need to arrange for them to be returned).
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be returned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

When you return the article, please attach a detailed description of the problem. Please note your reason for returning the article.
As a consumer, when you shop with Thejewelleryroom.com you have 14 days to cancel, when you can inform us that you have changed your mind and return the item to us.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.
Canceling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returning the goods
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us. You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.
No right to cancellation
The following agreements cannot be cancelled:
Deliveries of goods which are made to your specifications or which are of a clearly personal nature.
The State of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the sale-able value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in the value of an item. To receive a full refund, it is recommended to return the product in its original packaging.
When returning the items, you should make sure that they are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package / items until received by us. So keep the receipt from the courier and if applicable the track and trace number.
You must pay the costs of returning the items if you change your mind. If DHL delivers your products and you use a DHL return label, this costs approx. 8€.
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
The availability of an item is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email confirmed that the designer has accepted your order. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgement for information purposes and it does not constitute acceptance of your order by the designer. The contract between you and the designer in relation to the products will not be formed until we have checked that the designer accepts your order. If your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email, which concludes the contract between you and the designer and which includes a description of the products purchased in the order. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on the website are accurate, as this information is provided to us by the designers, there may be cases where errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and, acting on behalf of the designer, give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible. If we discover an item has gone out of stock once you have placed an order, we will inform you of this within 24hrs and your credit card will not be charged. As for payment, products will not be dispatched until the details you have provided are verified. Once we have verified your payment details and the designer has accepted and approved your order for delivery, we will email you to inform you of this. In the unlikely event that we or the designer encounter a problem when processing your order, we will contact you and may possibly request further information to try and resolve the issue.
The prices displayed on our website are calculated to include the taxes and import duties applicable in Denmark, the country of the websites origin. Delivery costs are free, for all purchases above 150Euro, for purchase below, delivery is not included in the prices and will be charged in addition. The delivery costs can vary depending on the products that you have ordered and your delivery address and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. As some products we offer are made to order by the individual jeweller, you can expect a production delay, that we will advise you of, otherwise we strive to send your product within 3-7 working days and you would therefore receive your order within 5-12 days. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Since the products are sold and shipped directly from the brand/designer itself, if you order from more than one designer, or several items from the same designer, the products may arrive in multiple deliveries and at different times.

8. DISCOUNT CODES or VOUCHERS
We regularly offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions. The codes can be limited for use with specific products, categories or brands.
When you use a discount code you need to buy the specified minimum amount. If you buy less than the specified minimum amount, the difference will not be refunded. Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the buying process, before you pay for the order. You cannot get credit if you forget to enter a discount code before the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Discount codes are transferable and can be used by the bearer. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, vouchers or similar.
In case of fraud, attempted fraud or in cases of suspected illegal activity in connection with the redemption of vouchers, we are entitled to cancel the discount code, to cancel the order for which the discount code was used and block your ability to use Thejewelleryroom.com permanently.
9. GIFT CARDS
Gift certificates issued by Jewellery Room ApS contain a unique code, which you can shop for on Thejewelleryroom.com. Gift cards issued or purchased online have the form of an e-mail. The e-mail with the code will be sent to you on the same day you place the order (within 24 hours). The gift certificate is valid 3 years from the date of purchase. If the gift card has not been redeemed / or partly redeemed within 14 days from the purchase date, it is possible to return it. In this case we will refund the money within 14 days. If the gift card has been redeemed / or partly redeemed, or the 14 days cancellation period has passed, it is no longer possible to return the gift card and get the money refunded.
Gift cards purchased via Scale Point is valid 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be combined with other discount codes. If the gift card has not been redeemed / or partly redeemed within the 3 years from purchase, it can be returned for free. If you wish to return the gift card we will refund the money within 14 days. If the gift card has been redeemed / or partly redeemed, the money cannot be refunded.
10. PERSONAL DATA
In order to shop at Thejewelleryroom.com you must give the following minimum information:
- Email address
- Telephone / mobile number
We register and pass on personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you. We will pass on your Name, address, email and mobile number provided by you to the jewellery designer providing the article which you have ordered. We are doing so to ensure that they have the right information when sending through the package directly to you.
The above data is stored together with information about the items you have purchased according to Danish law and regulations.
If you set up a login to facilitate self-service with us, your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.
Information will not be sold to third parties, except in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation would be in accordance with current privacy legislation.
Personal data is registered with The Jewellery Room ApS and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted. In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes.
We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where data will be given adequate protection.
On thejewelleryroom.com, the person responsible for data is The Jewellery Room Aps.
As a customer you are entitled to access your registration data and you may object to registration pursuant to the relevant rules in the Personal Data Act. If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situation, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being proceddes in a way that is against the law. Any queries regarding this should be directed to customer service via email email@example.com.

In the event that the customer breaches obligations under these terms and conditions, Thejewelleryroom.com may terminate or restrict their use of the Thejewelleryroom.com website and orders will not be placed.
The following grounds shall also be considered a material breach;
- The customer harasses Thejewelleryroom.com, our employees or our customers
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Purchases of items at Thjewelleryroom.com are subject to Danish law. Any disputes are decided by the ordinary Danish courts.

15. PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases may be paid for using a debit or credit card through our online payment facility. No fees are charged for credit cards. All prices shall be shown in your selected currency and payable in that currency. You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for non EU transactions. You accept that product prices in your selected currency do not vary according to your location; delivery charges will vary depending on the destination. For delivery destinations within the EU prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. For delivery destinations outside the EU, prices do not include VAT or other sales taxes.
The amount will not be drawn from your account until the goods are dispatched.
