We believe in change…
Hargreaves Stockholm is an ethical fine jewellery company that focuses on creating beautiful, wearable pieces and making those pieces as responsibly and ethically as possible.
Hargreaves Stockholm is based in Stockholm, Sweden and was launched by Jemima Hargreaves at Stockholm Fashion Week, January 2017, the culmination of many years of work and research. After nearly two decades in the fine jewellery industry we felt there had to be a way of producing beautiful pieces as responsibly as possible without compromising on ethics or quality.
We pride ourselves on using Fairmined Ecological gold and silver, the finest non mined diamonds and sapphires and sustainable ethical techniques that are a perfect blend of exceptional handcraft and computer technology. Our blend of age old, traditional goldsmithing skills and cutting edge technology features in every aspect of our business. Every part of our production from the sourcing of metals, stones and even our sustainable cork “print on demand” packaging via robot is as ethical and responsible as we can make it, we consider it all to create perfect, beautiful, responsible jewellery that you can be proud to wear.
What sets us apart?
We don’t just offer ethichs as an option, it is the backbone of our brand.
Jemima Hargreaves is an apprentice trained goldsmith, qualified DGA (2005), with more than 15 years experience in the fine jewellery industry. She has managed generations-old traditional workshops, fast-fashopn production and boutique businesses, consulted for some of Europe’s longest standing jewellery companies and has created pieces and managed projects for royalty, celebrities and private collectors.
Our team is an eager network of exceptionally talented individuals that Jemima has met during her long career. Their skills range from trained goldsmiths, stone setters and mounters, CAD designers, casting specialtists, ethical suppliers and even robotic engineers.
Our jewellery is currently handmade and finished at our own workshops in London, UK and Stockholm, Sweden, although we hop to consolidate our operation to Stockholm in the coming year.
We source our materials through a Fairmined accredited foundry in the UK, where a proportion of our products are 3D printet or cast. Our non-mined stones come GIA accredited direct from the developers of this innovative technology in the USA.
These methods ensure we have a responsible chain of costudy for all of our products direct to the consumer.
